In order to import a database site running WordPress in the database Rumba XML, must do the following:

1. Make a backup site.
2. In the panel WP export base in the file wp.xml
3. Copy this file in the root directory of the site.
4. Unpack the distribution Rumba XML
5. Copy the files in the root directory of the site.
6. Run file import.php
7. Delete files wp.xml and import.php
